Orders leave our fulfillment center within 2–3 business days, and UPS Ground typically delivers within 1–5 business days after that, depending on how far you are from California. Altogether, expect 3–8 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel ships.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on every order over $75, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed. Orders under $75 are charged live UPS rates calculated from your address and the weight of your order.

3. What if the product isn't right for my skin?

If a product causes irritation or otherwise doesn't agree with your skin, we'll take care of you. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and it doesn't need to be unopened. We would rather you find the formula that suits you than keep one that doesn't.

Email us at info@halina-andre.com with your order number and a short note about what happened. We reply within three business days with return instructions. Return shipping is yours to cover; we handle the rest.

Please note that a change of heart isn't a reason for a return. Our products are cosmetics and can't be restocked once shipped, so returns are for products that have caused a problem, arrived damaged, or aren't as described.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We're also unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so please use a street address at checkout.

5. What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at info@halina-andre.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If the fault is ours, we cover return shipping and send either a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping.
